The breathable, no-sew upper provides an exceptional amount of comfort as you run by eliminating the risk of potential discomfort and irritation such as chafing. When you are out running it is inevitable that you will build up sweat and moisture as you go through your paces, the breathable nature of the upper ensures that the sweat and moisture are actively and efficiently wicked away to leave you feeling cool, dry and comfortable. An EVA sockliner further enhances the comfort and moisture management of the shoe. Reflective detailing is incorporated into the shoe to help improve your visibility in low light conditions such as early morning and evening runs when the light is at a premium.
Solyte technology is used in the midsole, which offers exceptional bounce-back qualities which cushion your foot as you strike the ground. In conjunction with the Solyte technology, Asics have used fuzeGEL to improve the shock absorption – especially in the rear foot so you always have a more comfortable landing and eradicates the risk of gradual wear and tear or strain of your muscles and joints. The forefoot has extra bounce thanks to the use of fuzeGEL. Ortholite lasting is used in the shoe to encourage cushioning and offer a more plush, comfortable feel as you clock up the miles.
AHAR+ Rubber Outsole
The Asics FuzeX Rush Running shoe contains new blown AHAR outsole material. This technology is designed to deliver enhanced cushioning, durability and ride to the foot. Guidance line technology enhances gait efficiency by using a vertical flex groove to decouple the tooling along the line of progression which in turn, boosts the aforementioned gait efficiency.
